Hello and welcome back to Veggie Affair, a blog where I enlighten you with some of my favourite places to eat as a vegetarian in Glasgow. This week I will be discussing Soul Food Kitchen, a restaurant which is 100% vegan and prides themselves in food which is nutritionally balanced, healthy and delicious (and it most certainly is). As a company they hope to increase overall wellbeing within the community by providing great tasting plant-based food and also by holding workshops and events to help educate people. Soul Food Kitchen is located on Sauchiehall street on the west-end side, which I love as it gives me an excuse to venture into the west-end. It is within walking distance of both kelvinhall subway stop and the train station at the exhibition centre, or equally you can walk the whole way.
